All our horses stand tied, trailer load and stand for the vet and farrier.  They are all up to date on worming and vaccines. 

 Sammie - older, smart looking registered Arabian gelding, very willing.  Sammie has some training under saddle with us $500

Laurel - Big and energetic 4 year old, Laurel is a half Percheron that has been started under saddle.  She still needs work on her neck reining and is a bit head-strong.  Lots of potential, needs to be finished.  $1500

Annie - Small and spirited Arabian mare, about 12 years old.  Flashy with lots of potential. $3500

Burn - 8 year old Tennessee Walker gelding, gaited, all black.  Pictures just don't do this good looking boy justice.   Burn has been under saddle for two seasons and is almost finished.  Neck reins, can lead or follow, climbs anything.  Can be cold-backed if not worked on a regular basis.  Sired by Genius' Boy Friday.  $4000

All the horses listed below are part of our regular riding string.  They all have thousands of miles under saddle and are trail ready.  All have been ridden by our customers.   We are listing them all currently, but limiting the sale of this group to the first five sold, then all will go back on the "not for sale"list.

Blue - Draft cross blue roan mare is about 13 years old, has some vision issues, but they don't hold her back.  $750

Risen - Big and elegant, Risen is 7 years old.  Needs to work on her flexing but has no injuries.  Would be gorgeous in the show ring. $1500

Sold --  Kentucky - This buckskin paint is a favorite for younger customers.  Flashy and gentle, this gelding is about 12 years old and is registered a registered Pinto. $1500  

Butch - This buckskin gelding still has plenty of energy and is very popular with children.  Butchy is in his early 20's.  $1,750

Tioga - Bay mare about 16 years old, well built, dead broke, anyone can ride.  Customer favorite with lots of personality, great kids horse.  Registered Quarter Horse.  $2,500

Po - Steady, dead-broke gelding, 20 years old.  Has been ridden both Western and English, would be great for a 4-Her.  He is a registered half-Arabian.  $2,500

Beamer - Big, trustworthy mare, about 14 years old.  Beamer is a babysitter horse, honest and kind.  She has moon-blindness in one eye, but has been that way for years without it bothering her.  $2,500

Cody - Beautiful and spirited gelding, can be a handful but no rearing or bucking.  Easy keeper, needs to be worked consistently to keep in shape.  Cody is about 17 years old. $4,500

Two Socks - This very handsome sorrel gelding is nearly 19, but still a very strong horse.  Has some very minor hip problems when ridden very long miles (as we do here) but would do fine for most weekend riders.  $4,500

Freedom - Sweet and willing, this tall 6-year old has been in under saddle for three years and has plenty of experience for her age.  Prefers not to have her ears touched, but is consistently and gently worked with, it is not an issue.  $5,000

Flip - Ground covering Tennessee Walker gelding, carries game and can be used to pack.  Flip can be quite headstrong but a lot of fun for a confident rider.   $6,500 

Dot - Good looking, nicely marked paint mare about 10 years old.  Athletic, sporty and willing, has speed and smarts.  Registered American Paint Horse. $7,500

Tink "aka Tiny Tank" - Willing with a go anywhere aggressiveness.  Tink can be headstrong, recommend an intermediate to experienced rider.  This mare is about 10 years old. $7,500

Arrow - Registered Pinto mare, about 16 years old.  Born on the farm, has lots of trail experience, former barrel racer.  Great 4-H horse.   $8,000

Cletus - Dependable and quick, Cletus is about 17 years old.  He is a true "go anywhere" horse.  $8,000

Sampson - Gorgeous Belgian gelding and customer favorite.  Although he's huge, he is gentle, beautiful and steady. $8,000

Spring - Registered Pinto mare, about 11 years old.  Sweet and sensitive, an intermediate to experienced rider preferred.  $10,000

Tuxedo - Tall paint gelding, very sweet, quiet horse that goes anywhere. $10,500

Owassee - Graceful, honest and athletic, Owassee has been part of the regular Mountain Trail String for years.  She is a go anywhere, do anything mare about 15 years old with tons of experience.  Proven breeder.  $12,000

Moses - Charismatic, independent, willing and athletic.  Moses is about 12 years old and can be sensitive about his head.  Has never broken down, quick and strong.  $12,000

Buster -  Eight year old grey gelding, half Percheron cross.  Buster is playful, sporty and strong. $12,000

Banshee - Palomino mare, just five years old.  Quick, flashy and smart.  $12,000

Foxfire - Registered Pinto mare, surefooted with a good temperment.  Fox is about 13 years old, very fast. $12,000

Max - Tall, strong gelding, about 13 years old. Unique coloration, quiet and sure-footed.  $12,000

These horses are all up and coming young stock, broke to saddle and will likely begin being used for customers in 2010.

Ellie - Black and white paint mare, this delicate little mare is off to an excellent start, needs finished. $1,500

Carl -  Very willing gelding, quick learner, smart and dependable. $3,500

Fisher - Athletic four year old gelding with a sporty look, still needs miles but is proving himself to be dependable.  $4,500

Madison - Strong Percheron cross gelding, very willing with a great personality.  $4,500
